Day 5

Ok, I know day 4, 5, and 6 are all posted on the same day, but... such is life sometimes! Today's photo was just part of a normal day. One of those things you have to laugh at or you'll go crazy! Yes, we are in the Suburban, and yes, there is popcorn EVERYWHERE!! Thanks to my little man, Jack!

Day 4

So, I am thinking that weekends are going to be hard for me. I took my photos, but having time to edit and post them is a little harder. Today's photo is something different for me. I am not by nature a wildlife photographer and so this posed new challenges for me in shooting and in editing. This photo is what it is! I felt blessed to see a wild fox bythe road and more blessed to get a shot of it! I see no great photographic qualities in this photo, but it was a fun change. Hope you enjoy!

Day 3

Day 3's photo may be a bit odd to some, but to my little family, this is a favorite. My husband and 2 small boys are watching it now, as I type this! This is a show that we feel comfortable allowing our lil' men to watch and get a lot of humor out of!

Day 2

At least for me this is day 2. I had a crazy busy day and didn't have time to take a photo today. I decided to post a picture that i just finished editing and haven't posted yet. So, in a way it's "new". This is my friend's new baby that I was honored and loved taking newborn pictures of.

Project 365

I have decided to join one of my good friends and fellow photographers on a new project for the year- project 365. I plan to take and post one picture for every day of this year. I am getting a late start, so there won't be quite 365, but I plan to do my best. I am excited about the challenge and learning new things on my camera. I have an exciting year ahead with a new house and a new baby on the way!! Hopefully that will make for some great photos..

This poor blog has been so neglected in the last while. In the last month we have moved and are in the process of building a new house! All of that has sort of taken priority over photography, but now I want to get back at it. I actually did take some picyures of my friends 2 year old. Wow, was that a challenge. A real cutie, but constantly on the move! These are a few of his pics!
